Sooooo…. Its been a couple weeks :D We are doing a program called sidequest that has taken a bit more time than originally anticipated.

In the meantime A LOT happened. Deepseek, deep research and 1000 other things in the world of AI. In the world of Finnish startups, Ignite applications started, Maria 01 launched their strategy and companies like Taito and Zero have been iterating on a fast pace.

But before everyting else, heres a word from our…. oh wait we’re not getting paid for this?

All jokes aside, I ran the Ignite accelerator program last summer and gave it to the capable hands of Koda and Lauri. Last years teams have generated already over 500k of revenue and I’m sure the next batch can easily double that.

The applications are open for students & recent grad teams who are looking to build out their companies during the summer. Koda even promised to be nice to you if you use our reference code “ff25”. While the strategy yapped about a lot of stuff, the accelerator program talk was the one that felt like it had some concrete plans behind it.

FR8 goes apeshit (in the best way)

Just go check their x and linkedin. They sponsored a winning middle school robotics team that could not get funds to go to the finals to US without them, they are posting the best content I’ve seen from finland on X etc.
